Erhan Bilen was born in 1969 in Diyarbakır, Turkey. Following the completion of his secondary education at Kenan Evren High School, Mr. Bilen pursued higher education in the field of Tourism Management, from which he graduated at Istanbul University. Initiating his professional trajectory as a hotel manager, Mr. Bilen subsequently transitioned into the cargo and logistics industry, where he has held several executive roles within prominent firms over the course of many years. In addition to his extensive executive experience, he has played pivotal roles as a project leader in a variety of initiatives, contributing to notable achievements in each. Presently, Mr. Bilen offers management consulting services to conglomerates and senior-level companies. Since 2004, he has been actively engaged in the Human Resources sector, collaborating on projects with companies both within Turkey and internationally, and continues to advance his work in this domain.
